I was battling with a lack of motivation and confidence.
I was feeling alone and like a failure, with fears of meeting new people and the possibility of failure looming over me.
I came across the Joint Pain Program through a neighbour who thought I might benefit from it.
I was concerned about meeting new people and the potential for failure.
But joining the program, I realised I was not the only one struggling with joint and weight problems.
We were a group of like-minded individuals, each skeptical that the program could help, but thankfully we were wrong.
When it was time to put what I learned into action, I felt apprehensive, embarrassed, and scared.
Had I not taken action, my life would have remained unchanged – I'd still be depressed, grossly overweight, and devoid of confidence or self-belief.
However, since joining the program, I've experienced a transformation.
I feel a bit more confident and comfortable within the group, and I'm more motivated.
To anyone considering the Joint Pain Program, I would say, "Do it!" Mihai's guidance through the steps of the journal makes the goals appear achievable.
He's inspirational and encouraging, offering advice and support without putting undue pressure on us.
I want to extend heartfelt thanks to this program.
It's educational, supportive, and helpful in making us understand the numerous factors contributing to our well-being.
