There are 2 big myths I see all the time:
First myth about movement: Many people think that just moving more will fix joint pain.
"Just exercise!" they say.
Or worse: "Just listen to your body."
Here's the truth: Your body gets good at whatever you do most.
If you sit all day, your body gets better at... sitting.
If you move in ways that hurt, your body learns those painful patterns.
Your body doesn't automatically know the best way to move. It simply follows what you teach it.
