I help people with joint pain move better and feel better. 

I work as a Rehabilitation Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach.

My job is to help active adults who are limited by joint pain get back to doing what they love without relying on painkillers or surgery.

How I Got Here

My own story started with frustration. 
Years ago, I kept getting injured every time I tried to exercise. 

It was painful and discouraging. 

Then I figured out that: it's not what exercise you do, but how you do it that matters.

This changed everything for me. 
I got deep into learning how the body works. 

I wanted to fix my own problems, but what I learned has now helped hundreds of other people too.

What Most People Get Wrong

There are 2 big myths I see all the time: 

First myth about movement: Many people think that just moving more will fix joint pain. "Just exercise!" they say. 
Or worse: "Just listen to your body." 

Here's the truth: Your body gets good at whatever you do most. 
If you sit all day, your body gets better at... sitting. If you move in ways that hurt, your body learns those painful patterns. 

Your body doesn't automatically know the best way to move. It simply follows what you teach it.

Second myth about weight loss: Many people think losing weight is a one-time event. 
They believe they just need to lose the weight, and their problems will be solved. 

The reality is different. Health isn't a mountain you climb once. It's more like a garden that needs regular care. 

How you lose weight matters less than building the skills to keep it off.

Beyond Work

For the past two years, I've run the Joint Pain Programme at Nuffield Health. 

 I've helped over 150 people through a 12-week program that includes: 

✔ Learning how to move in ways that don't hurt your joints 
✔ Eating foods that fight inflammation and support healing 
✔ Being part of a community that keeps you motivated 
✔ Dropping extra weight to take pressure off painful joints (each pound lost takes four pounds of pressure off your joints)

Beyond Work

When I'm not helping clients, I'm focused on being a present dad to my daughter Naty, and a supportive partner to my wife.

Being a parent has made me even more interested in how people learn and grow. 

I'm also fascinated by technology and how we can use it to make our lives better - when we use it wisely.
