I was grappling with arthritis in my left knee. I didn’t feel like I was exercising properly and hoped that a proper managed programme would help.
I was scared that a knee replacement would be the only option, and I was very against it.
Then, I came across the Joint Pain Program on Facebook, and honestly, it seemed too good to be true! But, I decided to give it a shot.
I learned that my pain was a bit more manageable with regular exercise, and this gave me a little more hope.
Now, my plan is gym work once a week, aquafit every other week, and going to Zeb’s new class once a week. I feel very positive and my first visit to the gym was very successful.
If I hadn’t taken action, I wouldn’t have felt so positive about my body and how it reacts to exercise.
Now, I have a more positive attitude towards fitness and exercise - I actually enjoy the gym, which is quite a surprise!
So, if you are thinking about doing this program, my advice is - go ahead and do it. I am very grateful to have had this opportunity.
